Yesterday I still had a cold, but it didn’t get any worse. And I only had one kids class. Thanks, boss. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Went into work, almost done prepping, it was almost time for the bell to ring.
\nThen boss says, “We have a sick teacher. Here are two more kids classes.”<\/p>\n

AAAH Haven’t prepped! THANKS BOSS. ;_; Well, it can’t be helped, I guess….<\/p>\n

It was too bad the teacher was sick, though. \ud83d\ude41 That means they wouldn’t come to the party after work. That’s too bad….<\/p>\n

So I rushed around like a mad-woman and managed to prep in time.
\nKaren had given our group homework to prepare for a role-play in the next class, and next class just happened to be Open House, where the parents sit in.<\/p>\n

Very clever, Karen. NICE set up. So we did the skit\/role-play in front of the parents and they were VERY impressed. <\/p>\n

After work, I met my friend and SY student Meiko. We went to the party together.

\n Our company rented out a restaurant for two hours. Maybe 40 people went. It was a lot of fun. \ud83d\ude00 I got to chat with students and teachers and introduce Meiko to people. Isaac also came back from vacation! \ud83d\ude00 Yay, I was surprised to see him. Afterwards, everybody seemed to go to the second party at the Hub, but I hung out with Meiko in Starbucks. That’s where she presented me with the SUPER SWEET Pizza pencil case, and TWO NEW PENS!!!!!!!!! OMG I can’t wait to use them. A cucumber and erengi muchroom! XD XD XD<\/p>\n

\nI had left my winter hat in the office, so I wore my Santa hat home.
\nWhen I got back to my apartment and got out of the elevator, I ran into a neighbor who I’m friendly with. I said, “Konbanwa,” and then, realizing I still had the hat, “Ho ho ho!”<\/p>\n

He smiled and said, “Have you been drinking?” (o-sake wo haitte imasu ka?) <\/p>\n
