BEAT HASHI.<\/p>\n<p>I gotta get it straight.<\/p>\n<p>When I was in the US for Christmas and New Years, I got Sam Sheridan&#8217;s book (I&#8217;m jealous he got published, but he is such a good writer). I lugged the hard-cover home with me, and now I&#8217;m reading it.  It was so cool to read about my former instructor Mark Dellagrotte.  Sam interviews so many fighters.  I&#8217;ve already written down a lot of great quotes and I&#8217;m taping them to my walls.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Losing is part of the game.  It doesn&#8217;t mean to let yourself be conquered, but to know you can win again at the right time.
