I tried to go to bed early, around 10 PM, and I woke up at the crack of dawn (again) on Sunday. u_U  It&#8217;s rough&#8230;I was in the twilight zone ALL DAY.  I think I even had ice cream in the morning before work just to get some energy.<\/p>\n<p>After work, I tried something I&#8217;ve tried before: Turn off my computer and cell phone at 8, and read for an hour before going to bed.  I wondered if maybe my mind is too stimulated, so although I&#8217;m falling asleep because I&#8217;m tired, I&#8217;m initially too stimulated so I wake up to soon.  I did that IN CONJUNCTION with eating some cottage cheese before bed, thinking that the fat will help hold me over and keep me from waking up starving as I usually do.<\/p>\n<p>I slept for 6 hours. \ud83d\ude00  Coincidence? \ud83d\ude00  <\/p>\n<p>Monday, I went to the morning pro-practice.  I sparred about 4 rounds: BJ twice, Wicky, and Takeda-san\/takada-san? (he mumbled his name at introductions) from Yokohama dojo (whereever that is?) but he was cool.  Later, I got advice from BJ, and of course, Katsumura-san.  Gah, I&#8217;m disappointed I have bad habits.  But I was happy to get the feedback!  I walked away thinking that, and then realized, &#8220;Wait a second.  That was all new advice.  What about the stuff from last time?  I had been focusing on these other points.&#8221; So I went back and said, &#8220;What about this and this, that you said I was doing last time?&#8221;  He goes, &#8220;Oh, that got better.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>!!!!! \u30fe(\u00b4\u2207\uff40)\u30ce\uff9e  !!!!<\/p>\n<p>Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee!  Really? Did I really just improve at striking somewhat?  Even some small iota of improvement?  Some miniscule micro fraction of an improvement??<\/p>\n<p>WEEEE, I say.  WEEEEE<br \/>\no(^\u25bd^o)(o^\u25bd^)o *dance dance*<\/p>\n<p>I did some of the 10:30 class, but various things started hurting, so I pooped out half way.  Sorry, other dude who came. \ud83d\ude21 I didn&#8217;t spar with him&#8230; I held mitts for him, and I&#8217;m wondering if that&#8217;s why my shoulder is KILLING ME NOW. -_- I dunno if I can train today&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Various things were sore, so I skipped evening training. ;_; BJJ&#8230; Buri-chan (Brittany) got to go. I wanna train with her. *pout* But I was happy about my morning. XD<\/p>\n<p>I tried my method of cottage cheese and reading again, and SLEPT SIX AND A HALF HOURS!! Exhausted from training, though.  Did my day care class (may the universe bless all Day Care workers who takes care of our children while you&#8217;re at work).  I sang &#8220;Old McDonalds&#8221; like ten times that day. lol  Then worked evening. I LOVED that young husband and wife charter group.  The husband liked Dragon Ball Z, and the wife liked One Piece, so when I was teaching them physical characteristics, I sketched &#8220;Goku&#8221; for an example of &#8220;spiky hair&#8221; and Piccolo for &#8220;bald.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude00 Talked to Dad, ate cottage cheese, read, went to bed at 11 PM&#8230;and woke up at 3:30 AM.
