Katsumura-san taught us this certain kick and then various super grappling techniques.  XD I enjoyed class a lot!  Worked with Tony and other Groundslam members.  A few problems I was having figuring out my positioning may have been resolved, but I gotta try it in sparring first.  <\/p>\n<p>My shoulder kind of hurts..I wonder how it&#8217;ll feel tomorrow. ^^<\/p>\n<p>Then I went to work.  Delivered a Time Zones work shop.  It went splendidly. \ud83d\ude00  Then I had my Yearly Teacher&#8217;s Performance Evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s just say I&#8217;m pleased.
