I had an interesting day yesterday! <\/p>\n

It was my day off from work, but I went to a Kids Coordinator meeting in Shinjuku, because that\u2019s the day it was scheduled on. (overtime bonus! :D) It was great, but made me really frustrated with certain things at my job.
\nAfter that I went home, helped a friend with an essay, and then went to Hiroki \u201cMagic Man\u201d Mihara, for osteopathic treatment. He\u2019s learning English, and I was impressed with his improvement yesterday! How exciting for him. \ud83d\ude00
\nSeriously, I can\u2019t say enough about Mihara-san. I limp in there, and he says, \u201cLook, one leg is longer than the other by a centimeter.\u201d I look and am like \u201cWOW you\u2019re right?\u201d *press stretch massage* \u201cOkay, it\u2019s fixed.\u201d WOW, YOU\u2019RE RIGHT. Like, my pain just DISAPPEARS after he\u2019s done. It\u2019s remarkable.<\/p>\n

Except my current thing, which has to do with a damaged ligament, so he can\u2019t fix that. X_x; Anyway so then I left his clinic in Shibuya, ate something, and went to my gym, Groundslam. He\u2019d gotten there AHEAD OF ME (which irritated me, but I ate and he must have rushed there after my treatment) lol Even though we went the same route, hahaha. From 8 to 9, Wicky taught striking technique! <\/p>\n

Kikuyo (Ishikawa) said, \u201cOnegaishimasu\u201d which is \u201cLet\u2019s work together.\u201d I was like, \u201cReally?\u201d :\/ Our striking can\u2019t even be compared. She\u2019s the kickboxing INSTRUCTOR for Wednesdays. And I\u2019m a really really slow learner when it comes to striking. Wicky said, \u201cOkay do this combo\u201d *bam bam bam* And she went, \u201cWhack whack whack.\u201d I, on the other hand, was like \u201cQuestion! Where exactly do I stand? Where do I hold my hands exactly?\u201d She was like, \u201cIt doesn\u2019t matter,\u201d but it DOES to me. I need to know exactly, or I can\u2019t get the move. X_X;; It was fun training with her, though. Kind of. Besides the fact that I hate striking. LOL But I learned a lot and I think I added doable combos to my repertoire. <\/p>\n

\nThis is the Magic Man himself! \ud83d\ude00 (I’ve been mentioning him for months now) He\u2019s good at kickboxing and karate! He\u2019s built like a gynmist because he used to be one. If anybody needs any osteopathic treatment, he practices \u201cJyu-jyutsu style,\u201d which is \u201cgentle style chiropractic-type.\u201d No hard cranks to realign bones. Then we did Tetsu’s BJJ class! I worked with this nice guy “Hiro.” Oh I love BJJ!!!! XD SO MUCH FUN. It ended so late, though…I got home around 11:30 PM and in bed by 12:15 AM. ;_; But I love BJJ! I just wanted to do more sparring but if I ended at 10:40, then I’d get home even later. *sigh*

Hah I said to Tetsu-san, \u201cpink desu ne.\u201d He said, \u201cDare?\u201d Which means \u201cwho?\u201d I said, \u201cWhat do you mean, WHO? She\u2019s the only one with a BRIGHT pink gi here!\u201d He said, \u201cOh, I thought you said \u2018genki.\u2019\u201d Oops, my pronunciation was the English \u201cpink\u201d\u2019s \u201ck\u201d only. I didn\u2019t add the vowel sound \u201cu\u201d to the \u201cku\u201d like Japanese people do. In order for Japanese people to understand me, I have to say \u201cpinku.\u201d Hah my pronunciation was too good. X_x; Remember that, ye learners of the Japanese language! You can only be understood if you murder your native pronunciation! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n
