Sawyer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I had a great training session with Sean in the morning.\u00a0 On the train ride home, I finished this Sci Fi book by Robert J. Sawyer called &#8220;End of an Era.&#8221;\u00a0 I got into this author when I found the trilogy\u00a0 The <em>Neanderthal Parallax<\/em>.\u00a0 Then I read <em>The Quintaglio Ascension<\/em>, which was outstanding.\u00a0 This book is just a single one, but it had vocabulary I didn&#8217;t even know in it.\u00a0 It&#8217;s been a while since my vocabulary was challenged.<\/p>\n<p>But anyway, I&#8217;d highly recommend any of the books I mentioned.\u00a0 In fact, I&#8217;d buy ANY title that this author writes.\u00a0 He has very interesting ideas that at first sound far fetched, but somehow he actually backs them up enough to be believable!\u00a0 It&#8217;s amazing.\u00a0 And the charcter developement is masterful.\u00a0 I was particularly impressed with this End of an Era book because it was kind of short, but I got to know the characters enough to care about them.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/roxannemodafferi.net\/RBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/end-of-an-era.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-56\" title=\"110124_1436~01\" src=\"http:\/\/roxannemodafferi.net\/RBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/end-of-an-era.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I had a great training session with Sean in the morning.\u00a0 On the train ride home, I finished this Sci Fi book by Robert J.
