Yesterday evening, I hung out with Celine Haga in our favorite restaurant in Omori! 😀  Yay, my friend!  She’s fighting Takabayashi in Jewels.  I’m excited we get to fight on the same card.  She cornered me in London when I fought in Cage Warriors.

I’ve been watching Gargoyles lately.  It’s been a while.  I remember how much I loved that show.  It actually made me really want to learn Latin, because Demona used to chant stuff that they never translated.  I also got into more Shakespeare stories at that time, and seriously researched Puck to the point of reading A Midsummer’s night Dream in my free time.   That’s cuz I loved the Puck character and found that another name he has is Robin Goodfellow, inspired by a fellow named Robert Greene.  I also made my dad take me to the Boston Library so I could dig up a book by Robert Green, who lived from 1558-1592 .  After many failures,  I found Robert Greene’s book and it was REALLY hard to find because it was kind of rare.  When I found the story, I found out it was written in like…Galic or something that was NOT English. LOL Like, Old English.

Anyway.

I also continued to watch Naruto, so now I’m on Shippuden ep 178, the histories and back story of Konoha.  It was interesting to learn more about Iruka-sensei.

…okay, Googled Greene and found this quote:

“…for there is an upstart Crow, beautified with our feathers, that with his Tygers hart wrapt in a Players hyde, supposes he is as well able to bombast out a blanke verse as the best of you: and being an absolute Johannes fac totum, is in his owne conceit the onely Shake-scene in a countrey”.

Okay, so it’s English? But what does it MEAN? I couldn’t understand a word of it. lol
