Great day of fun training!

In the morning I trained with Sean, and chatted with my manager in the afternoon.

I went to the AACC in the evening.  Nakanishi held mits for me for GnP practice!  Then I participated in class with Michiko and NS-san, an old training buddy from another gym.  I’m so excited to train with him again.

It was fun! 😀
